• Material: 1215 eco-friendly free-cutting steel

• Thread design: reinforced internal thread with a larger pitch and stronger profile

Compared with standard threads, this design provides stronger engagement, improved torque resistance, and better protection against thread stripping. These features make it especially suitable for heavy-duty lock applications and other products requiring a durable carbon steel square spindle bar.

Specialized Machining with Custom Tooling

The design includes special R-shaped grooves machined at both ends. To achieve this shape with complete consistency and accuracy, we developed and manufactured our own custom fixtures.

Our production process combines:

• Automatic lathe machining for efficient turning operations

• Milling for the precise machining of intricate R-shaped grooves

This combination ensures stable dimensions and consistent part quality across every batch.

Superior Surface Protection

 

To ensure long-term reliability even in challenging environments, the surface is finished with environmentally friendly color zinc plating.

This treatment provides:

• A clean and uniform appearance

• Excellent corrosion resistance

• Successful performance in a 48-hour neutral salt spray test

This helps the part maintain its durability and function over an extended service life. As a practical reference, each hour of neutral salt spray testing is roughly equivalent to about one year of natural environmental corrosion exposure.

Each CNC turned part is individually packed in a PE bag, then securely placed into standard export cartons.
