Machining Accuracy
For carbon steel and free-cutting steel (12L14), our standard turning accuracy is IT7–IT8 level:
• Diameter tolerance: ±0.01 mm under stable production conditions
• Length tolerance: ±0.05 mm (can reach ±0.02 mm if required)
• Coaxiality/position tolerance: typically controlled within 0.01–0.02 mm
