Recently, Quanyi Precision Hardware welcomed an overseas customer to our manufacturing facility in Huizhou, China.
During the factory tour, our engineering and production teams introduced the complete manufacturing process, from raw material inspection and CNC turning operations to secondary processing, surface treatment coordination, quality inspection, packaging, and shipment.
The customer was particularly interested in our production workflow and quality control system. We shared how each order is managed from production planning through final delivery to ensure stable quality and on-time shipment.

Depending on material type and part geometry, we can achieve machining tolerances as precise as 0.002 mm on outside diameters.
