This training covered key personnel across various roles-including production supervisors, purchasing staff, technicians, quality control specialists, and packaging department staff-and provided a systematic overview of the structural characteristics and production requirements specific to different turned parts. During the session, staff members from various departments drew upon their practical experience to discuss potential issues within the production workflow. They identified potential risk points and proposed preventive measures spanning every stage-from machining and inspection to packaging-thereby establishing a robust foundation for the subsequent mass production phase.
