For the M6 knurled nuts, we previously produced 20,000 pcs in December 2025 and 50,000 pcs in March 2026. These two deliveries demonstrated our quality and delivery capabilities, giving the customer confidence in our production.
In August 2026, the customer placed a direct order for 250,000 pcs. Due to the tight delivery schedule and high quality requirements, we quickly mobilized our resources, including our turning department, material suppliers, electroplating suppliers, tooling suppliers, and other partners.
We began machining production on the third day after receiving the order.
Production Capacity
We arranged five lathes to run simultaneously, with a daily production capacity of approximately 6,000 pcs to meet the customer's requirements.
Zinc-Nickel Alloy Plating & Quality Requirements
The nuts are sent out for zinc-nickel alloy plating on a weekly basis.
The plated products must meet the following quality requirements:
6H thread gauge inspection
The thread surface must have a plating layer
The internal hole must be free of electroplating solution residue
100-hour salt spray test with no signs of rust
After the products return from electroplating, we carry out sampling dimensional inspections and 100% visual inspection before preparing them for delivery.

The customer indicated that they would work with us again soon when new orders arise. They also stated that future machining projects would be offered to us for quotation.
